How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee and tea?
We roast our coffee beans in small batches and source our tea leaves directly from sustainable farms. All products are heat-sealed in foil-lined bags with one-way degassing valves to lock in peak flavor and aroma.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We currently ship nationwide. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bags of coffee or tea. However, if there is an issue with your order or if the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products organic or fair trade?
The majority of our selection is Certified Organic and Fair Trade. We prioritize ethical sourcing and work with growers who practice sustainable farming methods. Check individual product descriptions for specific certifications.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel your Sipology subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.
