Sipology Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every sip, but if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all non-perishable items. Please note that for safety reasons, opened beverage or food products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sipology account and select the 'Order History' section to request a return authorization for eligible items.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
